Please complete the below form if you would like to honor a military Veteran who has died by suicide. Following the 2026 rides, the ribbon will be packaged and sent to the address below of individual completing the form.

 *The last name and branch of the veteran will be included on the ribbon.

 In order to create the ribbon in time for our 2026 rides, please submit them by: 8/16/2026 (Local Kickoff Ride) and 9/15/2026 (NYC). From the date the name is received, the ribbon will be carried in all subsequent rides that year. If your ribbon is received after the deadline, it will be created for the following year. Thank you.
