Adapt and Overcome

Donate to BraveHearts

It takes substantial funding to continue to run the operations at BraveHearts. We continue to care for our herd and run both our full- time farms. Thank you for your consideration to support us during this difficult time.

Phase 2

On June 8, 2020, we began our Phase 1 soft open, starting to offer onsite services to individuals in need.  Due to the response from community following the safety procedures in place we launched the Phase 2 opening on June 13 which has allowed for 2 participants to be served at a time. Please click on the links to the right to learn more about Phase 2. We will continue to provide virtual programming as we transition.

Our staff will continue to limit their hours at the farms but can continue to be reached via email and checking phones regularly.

May Day Virtual Event

On May 1, we held our first virtual event to bring awareness for BraveHearts services and bring joy and entertainment to our community. We are so thankful for all who supported this event and our dear friends and co-hosts, Bart McCartin and Roe Conn, whose energy and passion for our mission brought this event to life. The event would not have been possible without the response from the dozen celebrities who generously invested their time to help further our reach and of course we are indebted to the veterans, Board Chair, staff, participants and volunteers who bravely shared their stories in hopes of helping others.  We are humbled by the outpouring support we received from this event.
